Terms of Service & Cancellation Rights
Bookings can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. Note: Once fabric pickup or cutting commences, cancellation is no longer permitted.
We offer a complimentary, one-time alteration within 7 days of delivery if the final garment does not strictly align with the recorded measurements.
As items are custom-made, cash refunds are unavailable post-stitching. For unfixable manufacturing defects, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
